Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Should be able to do PO Creation for entire South Region
- Should enter MRN in ERP about Software and Hardware Products
- Maintain attendance for On/Off roll employees for Chennai
- SSN Network Security and PSS Calls
- Cloud and Data Centre & Network Security calls from creation to closure
- Need to perform Trade Call ; Not in AMC
Required Skills :-
- Must be able to grasp the work easily
- Should have excellent communication
- Should able to handle the escalation
- Basic knowledge on Core Information Technology
