Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preferably a part of it in the IT Management / Application Performance Management area
- Exposure to basic Unix commands & scripting, SQL
- Knowledge of application tiers
- Good understanding of IT production support (database and middleware like WebLogic and WebSphere)
- Understanding of IT Operations (IT Infrastructure and Application operations)
- Ability to understand Application architecture and associated business / IT Operations workflows.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced technical environment.
- Good troubleshooting skills, communication, and customer handling etiquettes
Desired Candidate Profile
Linux, Sql, Python, J2EE, Application performance.
B.Sc in Computers / MS/M.Sc(Science) in Any Specialization, M.Tech in Any Specialization
