Health Agency – Relationship Manager / Sr. Relationship Manger (Unit Sales Manager )
Advisers/Agents are appointed to generate business by selling health products. The JD is:
1) Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned region.
2) Responsible for licensing & tracking activation of the same regularly.
3) Interdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
Health Agency – Branch Manager
1) Responsible for managing a team of unit sales managers assigned, who in turn will be managing the agents/brokers.
2) Implementing the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objective for the channel.
3) Achieving assigned PMS target through intermediaries mapped and intermediaries acquired by the USM.
4) To actively solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with the team and health agents.
5) Interdepartmental coordination with other departments such as U/W, Claims, & Operations.
