Job Title:
Customer Care Executive – Sales
- Handling front desk activity & maintain data on CRM .
- Verifying customers KYC & complete online registration. Call customers as per CRM lead (Winback, Customer Referral & Leaders app fresh leads).
- Participate in field-marketing activities to improve the brand visibility of IIFL_Gold Loan branch in the proper catchment areas.
- New KYC generation (New CUID) & customer service of a GL Branch.
- Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base.
- Call customers for interest collection.
- Ensure proper customer relation for renewal & reference.
- Drive cross-selling of other financial instruments of IIFL.
Branch Manager Job Description:
- Should manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business of its branch.
- Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth.
- Systematic planning abilities are required for smooth functioning of the branch & for developing cohesiveness within the company and co-workers.
- Coaching, mentoring and training employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
- Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team
- Preparing reports related to branch functioning and its performance.
- Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals.
Gold Valuer/ Appraiser Must be able to identify quality & purity of Gold in any form by manual process. Calculation of Gold valuation pledged by customer. Should be able to maintain accounting process, records and handling cash in the branch for Gold Loan transactions.
Experience of handling customers & large amount of cash.
