The new name is effective immediately, and will be implemented across the company’s services.
The new name is a reflection of the paradigm shift in the nature of services that the company now offers through its holistic approach of end-to-end transformative BPM (Business Process Management). The scope and complexity of business processing work and the expectations of clients have changed significantly over the past few years as clients expect transformative value much beyond arbitrage through outsourcing and offshoring.

Things to remember while entering the campus
- Keep your double dose vaccination certificate handy while entering campus. There will be random checks at the gate by the Security team

Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in developing VBA solutions Or Process Automation using Power Automate/Python
- Process Assessment/Identify the improvement opportunities
- Project feasibility study and effort estimation
- Solution evaluation and recommendation
- Solution architecture design
- Stakeholder Management
Experience:
- 2+ years of development in VBA/Power Automate/Python
Shift:
- Should be flexible to work in any shift
Skills and Knowledge required:
- BCA/BCS/BSc in Computer Science, MCA in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience) required
- Expertise in Excel VBA macros coding or RPA (Power Automate) or Python scripting is mandatory
- AUTO IT, Selenium Web driver Added Advantage
- Handson coding experience in multiple technologies like JavaScript, .NET framework, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, C# is added advantage
- Experience with databases SQL or Oracle etc.
- Good debugging and problem solving skills
- Good in communication (email & verbal) and documentation
Experience:
- 3+ Years for nontechnical graduates
