We are hiring for International Chat Process only for immediate joiners ( Customer support)
Candidates can walk in from 03rd to 4th June (10:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
Sales experience will be an added advantage!!
Walk-in Location: Building No: 2A, 4th Floor Maximus Towers, Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Support through Chat.
– Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
– Previous relevant experience.
– Ability to build rapport with the customer.
– Ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
Key Skills:
– Preferred candidates with an understanding on eCommerce websites.
– Knowledge of mobile/computing products.
– Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
– Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm).
– Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.
Eligibility Criteria: –
– Undergraduate & above (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies).
– Minimum understanding of Customer Service.
– Immediate joiners are preferred.
– Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts.
