PROJECT MANAGER

Full-time Graduate or Diploma Engineer with minimum 20 years’ experience in independently leading the execution of 2-3 large water projects. Should be familiar in Project Planning, Project Costing, Quality and Safety with proven track record of strong execution capabilities and timely completion of projects. Should be well versed in cost control, developing schedules, liaison with clients, resource management, risk analysis and mitigation. Able to create a detailed road map of activities needed along with resources required to successfully complete the project in time. Should be able to achieve high standards of EHS, Quality and ensure necessary statuary compliances.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / ENGINEER – CIVIL / MECHANICAL

You should have 5 to 15 years experience in the construction industry. Experience in large water related projects will be added advantage. Candidate is expected to be familiar with planning and costing with a proven track record in execution / erection in water supply and water treatment projects, sewerage projects, desalination projects & non-revenue water. The candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for progress, cost, safety, quality & timely completion of the project.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / ENGINEER ELECTRICAL

You should have 5 to 15 years experience in the construction industry. Experience in Installation & Alignment of Electrical Panels, MCC and Electrical switchgears (ACB, MCCB, MCB and Contactors), Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of LT and HT Motors for Pumps, MCC Panels, and LCS etc., Power Cable laying and Termination in Sub-Station, MCC Panels, Motors, Motorized Valves, and LDBs etc. Designing, Troubleshooting and Modification of Breakers and Panels as per Site requirements. Project work involves Survey, Foundation, Erection, Stringing & Testing.

PLANNING ENGINEER / MANAGER

You should have 5 to 15 years’ experience in project planning/ scheduling, billing, and costing. Should have completed at least one project as a Planning in-charge/Planning Engineer. Should be conversant with project planning and management tools like Primavera P6; MS Project etc.

PROJECT – IR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

You should have 10-20 years experience in Construction projects- IR & Administration activities. You must have strong experience in labour law, applying labour license, handling contractors, sub-contractors and union matters, BOCW Act; Statutory Compliance; Labour registration; inter-state Migration and other applicable acts of construction industry.

PROJECT STORES EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

You should have 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects- Stores activities. You must have strong experience in handling the entire stores function of Project site including inventory control and preparation of Stores MIS.

PROJECT ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE / MANAGER

You should have 10-20 yrs. experience in Construction projects. You must have experience in Cost analysis, Inventory reconciliation and reporting, Commercial documentation, Accounting of Supplier Subcontractor bills, Wages, Cash, Provision, MIS and Ledger reconciliation.

Qualification for Project Manager, Construction Manager/Engineer, Planning Manager/Engineer Positions

4 years Full-time – BE / B. Tech from AICTE/UGC approved university or 3 years Full-time – Diploma Engineering from Directorate of Technical Education / State Board of Technical Education in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical.

Qualification for Stores / IR & Admin / Accounts Positions

Full time Graduates/ Post Graduates can apply.

  • 1st class throughout academics is mandatory.

Positions are based at our project sites. Candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in India. Designation, salary & benefits will be commensurate with qualification and experience and will not be a constraint for deserving candidate.
