Hands on experience in HR activities including.
Responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Workers Compensation and other employee-related tasks.
Manages key HR Processes, working closely with the Business Teams as an HR Business Partner for on-time delivery of. # Induction and onboarding.
This would include driving the processes as per the HR Calendar, ongoing Interaction with key stakeholders, handling escalations related to the processes, managing ongoing process improvements based on internal customer feedback, adherence to statutory compliances as may be required in the assigned process and audit and process redesign as required.
Assist in the implementation of the Performance review and development process for the business / corporate.
Coordinate various initiatives taken up by the CHRO / Head HR from time to time for eg employee connect/ employee engagement activities, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
A candidate shall have good knowledge of Excel/spreadsheet, good presentation skill, create MIS reports, etc.
