MBMG Diamonds Pvt Ltd are looking forward to hire reliable and organized Management Trainees done there BTECH+MBA based out at Mumbai , to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. The management trainees responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks and performing duties in different departments
Participate in companys strategic planning by liaising with HODs, Functional Heads and Managers.
– Undertake various strategic assignments and initiatives by preparing Management Presentations, business cases, detailed reports, data driven insights.
– Analyzing, checking and archiving documentation, elaborating reports, updating databases, and positively contributing to the teams.
– Take ownership of Process improvement and process excellence projects.
– Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g., writing reports, analyzing data).
– Keep track of business revenue, understand customer needs & requirements.
– Evaluating and monitoring the work performance and progress of others.
– Serve as a point of contact with internal stakeholders at all levels.
– Analyzing trends & MIS and build insights for decision-making in existing business.
