Job description

Student Operations Executive Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries by phone calls, emails, chats

and support tickets.

  • Must have experience in upselling and achieving assigned targets
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer requests, and file

documents.

  • Manage both new and existing customer and evaluates and resolves problems of the customer
  • Identifying customer needs and helping customers with the application
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
  • Providing proactive customer outreach and escalating the request if required and

managing communication between the teams.

  • Analyses of several platforms to suggest new scopes.
  • Maintaining personal discipline and a pleasant work environment for the team.
  • Must be a Team Player with a positive attitude and proactively work with cross

functional teams for customer queries resolution

  • Must Take responsible for his task and work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving ability -asses all options before making a decision
  • Able to Work in high-stress and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle Multitask and outstanding negotiation and conflicts resolving skills

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • A minimum of 3-6 years experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the CRM process.
  • Basic Computer skills and knowledge in MS Office -Excel /Google Sheets/Word/Powerpoint will be an added advantage

Languages: English & Hindi mandatory
Note:-Flexible For Rotational Week Offs For 5 Days Working
