Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Need to prepare daily FMR (Filed Monitoring Report)
- Generate report and prepare MIS and mail to the State Heads.
- Capture supervisory staff branch visit remarks from FMR and compare with audit report.
- Reach to supervisory staff and update remarks if branch visit is not done.
- Maintain and update branch staff list coordinating with internal stake holders.
- Coordinate with other internal departments for smooth function of staff transfer.
- Monthly basis, staff branch rotation to be monitored, initiated and executed.
- Other special projects and assignments are assigned.

- Pleasing and Excellent communication skill.
- Confident and self motivated.
- Conversant in local language Hindi, Tamil & English (proficiency to speak required)
- Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
