Experience: 0 to 2 Year
Ready to work in three rotational shifts.
Local male candidates will be preferred.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for overall operations in assembly line.
2. Verify operating procedures are followed by operations.
3. Ensure proper records keeping and storage of production records.
4. Reporting of production – production defects and wastage.
5. Able to do root cause analysis and identify corrective actions.
6. Able to identify the space requirement for the process.
7. Production planning and staffing of processes to optimise man power utilisation.
8. Able to maintain material consumption records.
9. Material requisition for the products from stores.
10. Maintain production equipment history support improvement projects and any other company initiative.
11. 5 ‘S’ and kaizen activity
12. preventive maintenance of manufacturing machine as per plan.
13. to attend breakdowns within targeted time
14. Responsible for manufacturing machines. Equipments should always be available in good condition to have control on MTBS or MTTR
15. Get it done calibration activity as per schedule by third agency and maintain records.
16. development of skills/ arranging of technical training for subordinates and team member.
