- Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executives
Job Summary: As a Jewelry Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in a jewellery retail environment. You will assist customers in finding the perfect jewellery pieces, offer expert advice, and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience. Your in-depth product knowledge, strong sales skills, and passion for jewellery will contribute to achieving sales and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively engage with customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable jewellery products to meet their preferences and budget.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by actively listening to customer requirements, answering inquiries, providing accurate product information, and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the jewellery collections, including materials, gemstones, designs, craftsmanship, and brand history, to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques, such as upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling, to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Merchandising: Ensure the visual presentation of jewelry displays is attractive, organized, and aligned with brand standards. Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and pricing.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer loyalty. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on current jewelry trends, industry developments, and competitors’ offerings. Share relevant insights with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- Events and Promotions: Participate in special events, sales promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory management. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Professional Development: Stay informed about new product launches, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions, workshops, and self-learning. Continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualification:
- Education: 10th Pass, Inter, UG. Any Graduate,
- Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry. Familiarity with luxury or high-end jewellery brands is advantageous.
- Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales. Proficient in using sales techniques and closing deals.
- Product Knowledge: Sound understanding of different types of jewellery, gemstones, materials, processes. Ability to educate customers on product features and quality.
- Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, actively listen, and address customer needs and concerns.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey information clearly and confidently to customers,
- Teamwork: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-based sales environment.
