- Levelโ2/3: 12th pass (or 10th + ITI for Technician posts)
- Levelโ1: 10th pass / ITI / NAC certificate
- Sports Achievements: Candidates must have represented India or secured top positions in recognized national/international championships (Olympics, Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, National Championships, etc.).
