A 2 year training period, where you will be assigned to one of the below departments:
1. Production
2. Quality
3. PLE
You will undergo on-the-job training and gain practical exposure in the functional area allotted to you.
You will work closely with a manager and will be responsible for completing all tasks assigned by your reporting manager.
You will be periodically evaluated on your learning and performance during this period.
On successful completion of 2 years, you will be given an opportunity to be absorbed on company roles as an Engineer after being evaluated.
Stipend
1st year of training – INR 17,500/- per month
2nd year of training – INR 22,500/- per month
Desired Candidate Competencies
Quick learner, self starter, committed and result oriented, willing to take challenging assignments, sound knowledge on HPDC.
Qualification
Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical) – 2021 / 2022 Pass outs
