Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the existing customers mapped to you in terms of sales & servicing
- Interact with customers who show interest in lead based campaigns with an objective of converting their interest into a transaction
- Responsible for the Cross selling of the Third Party distribution products viz. Corporate Fixed Deposits, Bonds, Mutual Funds and other distribution products
- Explain finer details of the product to the customer and assist them in completing the transactions online
- Meeting KRA targets in terms of Calling & Business activity which includes, dial-outs (this is not a field job), unique customers contacted and business conversions in terms of transactions, value & net revenue generation
- Generate references from existing mapped customers for New Account sourcing
Building and maintaining long-lasting business relationships with customers
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- 1-3 years experience in Virtual Relationship Management (Online)
- Fresher with strong communication skills can apply
