JOB DESCRIPTION: ASST.ENGINEER/ENGINEER/
SR.ENGINEER(FINISHES),
- Candidate should be responsible for site Execution for interior finishing works
- Coordination of finishing activities like plaster, flooring, MEP works, cladding, false ceiling etc.
- Should have exposure to high end floor finishes, Joinery works, wall finishes, facades, structural glazing, wall claddings, interior works.
- Must be capable of leading team of foremen, charge hands and worker and handle assigned tasks independently.
- Ensure good finishing and quality for all civil & interior fit-out & finishing work.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Should be B.E./B.Tech/Diploma (Civil) with 4 to 10 yrs of exp.
- Should have exp in site execution from reputed civil contracting companies.
- Commercial and Hi-rise building experience mandatory.
- Good in written and oral communication.
JOB DESCRIPTION: SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (FINISHES)
Supervisor / Foreman – Finishes, with 5-10 years of experience in large mechanized industrial / commercial construction projects with relevant exposure to multi disciplinary activities. Preference will be given to the candidates with ITI Qualification.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- SSC / ITI with 5-10 years of experience from reputed civil contracting companies.
- Hi rise building experience mandatory
- Hi end finishing experience preferred
- Hi end interior finishes experience preferred
