JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. ENGINEER / SENIOR ENGINEER (QA/QC):
- Implementation of project-specify Quality Plan
- Maintaining Records for Incoming Material Inspection
- Maintaining Records for Tests on construction materials
- Records for Labour contractor Evaluation
- Maintaining Records for Process Control & related inspections, tests
- Calibration & Validation of Inspection, Measuring & Test Equipment
- Corrective actions for Non-conformities
- Inculcation of Quality Awareness in all Engineers
- Coordination with clients Quality control team.
- Maintaining all Quality records
- Sample approval and connected Records
- Document Control for quality plan and site procedures
Desired Candidate profile
- Should be B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma (Civil) with 4 to 10 yrs of exp.
- Should have experience from reputed civil contracting construction companies.
- Good in written and oral communication.
- Hi rise/ commercial building experience mandatory.
2. Lab Technician / Assistant (QA/QC)
- Should aware of all Laboratory testing of all material including concrete and aggregates
- Carry out joint inspections with client and obtain approval for materials
- Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the project manager.
Arrange / establish concrete mix design on sites for various grades of concrete. - Maintain proper documentation and day to day correspondence with planning and client.
- Preparation of Mix design for all constructions activities
- 5-15 years of experience in High-rise buildings / Commercial construction projects with relevant exposure to multi-disciplinary activities
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE1. SSC / ITI with 5-15 years experience from reputed construction companies . Hi-rise/Commercial Building experience mandatory.
