Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Experience in BPO.
- Answer Customer queries Via chat, covering a full range of Clients products and services including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transaction.
- Besides assisting the customer queries need to figure out the potential and close sales over every chat
- Should be very good in typing with 35 WPM.
- Should be able to take multiple chats at the same time (Average 4 to 7 chats)
- Identify the Customer Escalation and act according to it.
- Must communicate to the Customers Effectively over chat.
- Must be good In terms of written and verbal communication.
- Must be an analytical and a logical thinker to solve customer queries and issues.
Working Days : 5 Days a week
Shift timings : Totally Rotational Night shifts
Week offs : Any 2 days
NOTE:
- The mode of Interview Will be VIRTUAL ONLY.
- we are looking for Immediate Joiners.
- The Candidate must be based out of Mumbai ONLY. Out stationed candidates shall be considered as a direct reject.
