Job description
JOB SUMMARY:
The subject matter expert (SME) provides the knowledge and expertise in a specific subject, business area, or technical area for a project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Geotag the provided maps using ARCGIS Software and collate the georeferenced data.
• Provide bounding coordinates of the area of interest (AOI) for Geotagged maps.
• Interact with Geology SMEs on a day to day basis to receive the required inputs (Maps).
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
• M.Sc. in Remote Sensing and GIS/ M.Sc. in Geology.
• 0-1 years of experience in the field of Geographical Information System (GIS) & Remote Sensing applications.
• ARCGIS Software awareness.
• Ability to learn new tasks and concepts quickly.
• Self-motivated team player must be able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills and use of technology.
• No standing arrears and marks should be above 75%.
