- Agent recruitment for General Insurance business.
- Responsible for handling the given bank branches for branch operations
- Coordinate day to day activities with Channel Partners, Bank Employees, Bank Branches
- Service branch customers for any query
- Regular product training / refresher to the sales force of the branch
- Drive productivity by advising right insurance solutions
- Responsible for sourcing business, lead generations and improve market share
- Achieving the given sales target
