Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation and Tracking of APQP time plan using MS Projects.
- Effective tracking of Customer build milestones through Close tracking of activities such as parts in warding, line planning and delivery by BOP’s tracker, Timeline, PDCA to meet the targets.
- Development of new project as per Project Development Plan.
- Improve response to the customer in terms of program updates – improve the customer satisfaction.
- Meet all build and delivery milestones – T0, T1, T2, P0,PP1, PP2, and SOP (Start of Production).
- Effective implementation of program management processes such as IPGT , Structured Customer Review, MIS, phase gate review.
- Co-ordination with internal CFT to ensure on time development.
- Ensure timely responses to customer and customer milestones are adhered to.
- Co-ordinate to resolve the issues pertaining to new parts before handover to regular sales.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: BE/B Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2-6 Years Exp)
- Required Skills: MS Project, SAP/ERP, MS Office, Program Management, Project Development, Customer Relationship.
