Must-Have
- Excellent network administration and troubleshooting skills.
- Good Understanding and troubleshooting skills of TCP/IP, Switching &Routing protocols, MPLS, Load balancing
- Knowledge and experience in STP, VTP, HSRP, VLAN, QoS and other switching technologies
- Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Juniper Firewalls and Juniper switches
- Good Knowledge and experience on Aruba Wireless Controllers
- Ability to understand the design and provide suggestion for improvements
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English
- Flexibility to work in shifts for 24×7 support
- Strong team player with a constructive perspective and commitment to the success of the business
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities
- Product knowledge:
o Routing Protocols, especially MPLS, BGP, EIGRP
o Cisco Routers — 7200, 3800, 3600, 2800, 2900, 881
o Firewalls — Cisco ASA5550, Juniper SRX650, Palo Alto
o Security — IDS, IPS
o VPN – Site to Site, DM VPN, SSL VPN
o Load Balancers – Cisco ACE
o Switches — Nexus 7K/5K/2K, Cisco 6500/4500/3750/2960, Juniper switches
o WLAN – Wireless LAN Controllers, WCS, Aruba WLAN Controllers
o PBR, PfR and ASRs
o Zscaler (ZIA)
o SD-WAN
o Cisco ACI using Spie-Leaf
Good-To-Have
- Experience on Network and Security architecture designing
- Knowledge on Cisco IP Telephony technologies
- ITIL Certification
- CCNP / CCIE Certification
