Role & responsibilities :
- Responsibilities and Duties Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers, in English languages.
- Resolving customer queries and requests.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions for review and follow-up.
- Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
- Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
- Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company.

Preferred candidate profile
- Handle customers problems, enquires, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Provide support to customers in multiple languages via phone, email, or chat.
- Recognize and refer potential complaints that require support from supervisors.
- Ensure that customer queries are addressed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Regularly update customer database with accurate information.
- Any Graduate Fresher.
- 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience in BPO (customer service).
- Both side cab service if address is covered in our transport boundary
- Age Limit 40 Yrs old max.
