Roles and Responsibilities
1) Associates have to do cold calling for onboard wholsalers, retailers, dealers, manufacturer’s, buyers and suppliers with us.
2) Approach the customers for Cross Selling
3) Customer Support- Inbound, Outbound, Voice process
4) On call associates have to handles customer purchase related issues, complaints, Queries
5) Gender – Both Male and Female
6) Language proficiency – Basic English & Hindi(Mandatory) and Other Regional Language (Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi, odia)
7) Location – Haralur, Bangalore
8) General Shift (9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm)
9) Work from office
10) Rotational week off

13) Salary for experience Rs- 16200 In Hand +3000 Variable
