Job Description
START DATE: Immediately
CTC (ANNUAL): ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,10,000
EXPERIENCE: 0-2 years

Key responsibilities:
1. Working on facilitating learning for 6-14-year-old children and teaching high-order thinking skills using our company’s programs
2. Working on taking engaging and interactive sessions
3. Tracking student performance and discussing progress with parents of Wizklub students
4. Conducting weekend classes between 3 pm to 8 pm
Who can apply:
1. Proficiency in English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage)
2. Availability timing: 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm and minimum 40 hours/month
3. Mandatory to be available on weekends
4. Ready to take feedback to improve his/her teaching skills from the learning & development team
5. Enthusiastic and willing to work on new-aged learning skills
6. Experience in teaching (minimum 1 year) for grades 3 and above is a plus
7. Minimum 70% in UG/PG
8. Good internet connection
9. Have a laptop/desktop (with webcam)
10. Graduate/Post-graduate preferred
11. Should have good comprehension, critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
12. Good communication skills
13. Candidates from arts, B.Ed, M.A, journalism, mass communication, and MA English can apply

1. The interview will take place in the following manner:
a. Interview with HR
b. Post-assessment test (score should be more than 6)
c. Role fitment call/screening round
d. Demonstration round/final round (laptop is mandatory)
Salary
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 – 2,10,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
