SUMMARY :
WM is a product based MNC and we require teammates who can handle operation of our Gurgaon corporate office.
Junior process analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily duties & responsibilities with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies and practices.
Qualifications :
- 0-3 years of work experience.
- Only graduates are preferred
- Average communication skills (Should be able to comprehend well)
- Open for feedback and learning opportunities
- Flexibility – Any shift @ business requirement
- Service Agreement for 18 months
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The JR. Process Analyst will work with business owners, managers and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged.
- Advance Excel is a must
- Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office
- Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
- Pro-active and zeal to outperform
- Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal)
- Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
- Willingness to work in any business shift Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours
