Education: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization
MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience in employee on boarding & induction process
- Maintain employee relations
- Address grievances of employees
- Knowledge on attendance, leave, payroll process
- Contractors/consultants agreement drafting
- Employee exit process and final settlements
- Work closely with Department Managers and provide necessary support
- Assist HR Manager in performance management
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills
