1. Good negotiation skills & effective probing skills.
2. Closing deals via Inbound/Outbound call, WhatsApp, Emails.
3. Establishing new business.
4. Maintaining accurate records.
5. Reviewing sales performance.
6. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

  • Insights and Analysis: Use tools to analyse customer data and provide insights on

grievance response times, trends, requirements etc.

  • Cross-team Interactions: Interact with the concerned teams to ensure all grievances are addressed within SLAs, and future instances of the same kind of grievances are minimized.
