Sri Krishna’s Chairman, Mr. Shiv Charan, a visionary, set up the first store in 1967 and pioneered refined manufacturing techniques in the early 70’s.He is an appointed “jewellery valuer” by the Government of India since 1973. Mr. Pradeep Kumar, the Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Sri Krishna has expanded the business worldwide setting up operations in India, USA and Hong Kong. He served as the Ex-Chairman of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce – Hyderabad Chapter from 2005 to 2006.
Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
– Welcome the customers and understand their purchase requirements.
– Assist the customer to the sales counter and attach the customer to the sales executives.
– Assisting the sales executive and customers while doing the ornament trails.
– Taking the feedback from the customers on the overall customer experience.
– Sharing the customer feedback to concerned sales head.
Desired Candidate Profile
– Candidate should have minimum 3+ years of experience in handling customer relations/guest relations.
– Having a jewellery experience is a priority
– Females can only apply
– Education: Graduation Not Required
