. Building relationships & generating recommendation from Influencers 2. Generating new / nonusers leads & engage customers for making them our brand users 3. Providing market development support through on ground activation 4. Market intelligence Building material industry / Competition / construction industry & providing inputs to senior team 5. Providing onsite services / product demonstration 6. Infer product quality related feedback while interacting with customers / influencers from the market regularly and share the same to his / her supervisor for appropriate actions.

Territory Sales Officer
Education: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Achieving the targeted Volumes with targeted EBITDA 2. Market Insights and Intelligence 3. New Demand generation 4. New Dealer Appointments 5. Fixing and adhering dealer wise credit limit and review periodically along with the ASM/RSO Head/Unit Head. 6. Ensuring timely supply of cement to customers / dealers 7. Monitoring dealer’s wholesale and retail prices. 8. Ensuring price premium 9. Promoting the most economical supply linkage wherever Applicable 10. Facilitating reconciliation of sundry debtors and obtain balance confirmation. 11. Compiling and analysing competitor information / market Intelligence. 12. Overseeing warehouse operations. 13. Studying market representation. 14. Promotion of thrust brand and undertaking activities related to brand management as per plan. 15. Regular market visits and report to Branch Office/RMO. 16. Cost control and TDC optimisation. 17. Monitoring of C&F activities and coordination with channel Partners 18. Developing retail network and contacts with end customers.
