Designation:-Talent Support (Acquisition Specialist)
- Experience: Up to 2 Years (Mass/Bulk Hiring)
- Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA/PG in HR Preferable)

Key Responsibilities:
- Need to take care of frontline sales hiring for Banks retail asset vertical and to assure 100% manning penetration throughout the year
- Build a pipeline of talent to fill future openings through self-sourcing and other sourcing channel
- Facilitate internal hiring processes like referrals and other campaigns
- Coordinating with various stakeholders & departments for scheduling interviews
- Achieve staffing recruitment by evaluating and recruiting the candidates as per the given business mandates and well versed of Bulk Hiring candidates from BFSI/NBFC industry
- Attract talent by placing job advertisements through various hiring sources and through Job Portals & Social Media (Naukri,Monster,Indeed ,Linkedin.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirement
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment norms & policy
