Microbiology : MLT, Environmental Monitoring, QMS, Water Analysis, Media Preparation, Sterility Testing, BET Analysis.

- Qualification : M.Sc – Microbiology/ Biotechnology
Quality Control : HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, QMS, Stability, Wet Analysis, Validations, Calibrations.

TT / MSAT:
- Plant Process Engineer : Capacity enhancement, Debottlenecking, Process Optimization, Preparation of PFD, P&ID, Equipment Suitability, HAZOP, Risk Assessment, Mass Balance etc.
- Technology Transfer : Monitor R&D experiments & suggest modification for process development, Scale up of cost initiative process of existing products from lab scale to plant scale.
- Experience : 1 to 15 years.
- Qualification : Diploma/ B Tech – Chemical
Engineering Department:
- Engineering Documentation : Engineering Qualification, Equipment Qualification, QMS, Handling of Audits
- Mechanical Engineer : Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown maintenance of Plant Equipment’s
- Electrical Engineer : Maintenance of Electrical Equipment, Documentation etc.
- Instrumentation Engineer : Field Instrumentation, Calibration, Automation (PLC, SCADA) etc.
- Engineering MES : MBR Design, Recipe Authorization through PASX Application, Trouble Shooting etc.
Experience : 1 to 15 years.
Qualification : Diploma/ B Tech – Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, ECE.
EHS Department:
- Environmental Documentation : Preparing, Documenting and Maintaining the forms and Manifest
- General Safety : Maintenance of Emergency Safety Equipment’s, Report Safety Violation and Deviation
- Process Safety : Risk Assessments, Hazard Identification, Safety Reports Preparation
- Experience : 1 to 15 years
- Qualification : B.Sc/M.Sc – Chemistry / Diploma/ B Tech – Chemical
Production Department:
- Production API – Handling Production Operations, Handling of Reactors.
- Production Fermentation – Production Upstream process, Handling of Reactors.
