Job Description
• 1-3 years of experience in Voice Process (both Inbound & outbound calls)
• Willing to work in night shift and Sunday working as well (Weekdays off)
• Good English verbal skills required
• Preferred candidates with experience in credit card (1 Year or more)
• Provide product and service information to customers
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Respond to customer’s issues on TAT
• Should have bachelors degree
