- Meeting daily calling productivity target.
- Meeting daily lead generation target for New and existing customers.
- Meeting daily and monthly conversion target as per goal sheet.
- Attending daily team meetings for progress and performance.
- Empathy, service and quality on every customer contact.
- Adherence to code of conduct and compliance.
- High on quality scores and proficiency test.
- Mandatory- English & Hindi & one regional language.
