Roles and Responsibilities

  • Meeting daily calling productivity target.
  • Meeting daily lead generation target for New and existing customers.
  • Meeting daily and monthly conversion target as per goal sheet.
  • Attending daily team meetings for progress and performance.
  • Empathy, service and quality on every customer contact.
  • Adherence to code of conduct and compliance.
  • High on quality scores and proficiency test.
  • Mandatory- English & Hindi & one regional language.
