Job Description
- Post: Assistant Manager- Health & Wellness Compliance
- Qualification: B.Pharm or M.Pharm or Science Graduate
- Experienced: 03 to 07 Years
- Location: Bangalore
What you’ll do:
- Champion the Medical devices, IVD, OTC allopathic drugs, Homeopathic and ASU drugs, catalog both for online & offline business.
- Demonstrate good understanding of regulations ( Medical device Rules, Drug & Cosmetic Act/ Rule & others) & amendment around these drug & medical device categories.
- Work closely with the HW SME, Business and tech team for developing robust technology guardrails.
- Develop a mechanism to monitor the compliance check for the e-commerce platform & offline business.
- Work closely with the business teams, E&C (Ethics and Compliance) stakeholders in providing proactive regulatory input.
- Building of SOPs for the new or existing processes and controls for medical devices, IVD and drugs including OTC allopathy , Homeopathy and ASU.
What you’ll need:
- Education: B.Pharm or M.Pharm or Science Graduate with 5+ years of experience in E-Pharma domain
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong Ethics & Compliance skills for building and implementing risk-based controls
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality
- Strong communication and writing skill
