Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
1. Work on the development of experiments/exercises suitable for the inclusion/betterment of laboratory courses.
2. Assisting faculty and students during laboratory operations.
3. Maintenance of the laboratory equipment and assisting/training in operating the machinery with standard safety procedures.
4. Upkeep, replenishment, and upgradation of inventory of laboratory consumables and equipment.
5. Training/helping students in utilizing tools and equipment in the process of innovative product development.
Skills Required:
1. A B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/EEE/ECE/Instrumentation with 1-3 years of practical experience preferably from the Industry
2. Proficiency in the usage of sensors and microprocessors
3. Experience in machining operations using powertools preferable.
4. Hands-on experience in the usage of lathe, milling, and drilling machines would be an added advantage.
