Role & Responsible:
- Based on the posting either in Machining or Foundry they have to ensure targeted production.
- Ensure the quality parts
- Setup machining parameters and establish the process
- Attending daily meetings to understand quality and production related targets
- Lead all associates commonly in the shifts
- Undertake production trouble shooting and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments
- Investigate and carry out process capability studies
- support development of PFMEA and update when mass production
- Undertake other additional duties as determined by the company
- Support design and product engineering for new product introductions
- Responsible for contingency plan if any emergency in production
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Train the associates in their respective areas for better productivity and quality
- Take care of safety for self, others and machinery continuously
