Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in IT operations
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in core IT Pharma.
- Certifications [ CCNA, MCSE]
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Infrastructure Team at Corporate Office / plants
- Manage Servers, Desktops, Laptops
- Manage ISP Mux, Internet Lease line (ISP), MPLS lines, PRI , EPABX systems.
- Manage the Video Conferencing
- Maintain IT Asset, license, AMC.
- End to end Support for all users.
- Manage & maintain Lab Servers & PC
- Well verse with LAB related S/W’s
- Manage the data backup activities.
- Manage CCTV.
- Co-ordinate with other location IT Team for the Common IT activities
- Manage & Monitor LAN & WAN Network of Corporate Office / plants
- Data Center Management & Monitoring.
- Configuration & Management of Firewall & APT Appliance.
- Prevention & Mitigation of Security Threats
- Experience of IT Policies & SOP
- Configuration & Management of Email Security Gateway / Server.
- Should have good hands-on experience on open-source technologies.
- Technical evaluation & New IT Infrastructure & Security Products Implementation.
- CSV activity support or perform for LAB Computers.
- Support S/W like DMS, SAP.
