Candidates with (2-4 years) Experience in French INTERNATIONAL VOICE (Logistics & Supply Chain) can Walk-In

Roles and Responsibilities
- To have knowledge on Supply chain process, Logistics & Shipment processing that involves goods Shipment, balancing of orders, partial Shipment, delivery confirmation against customer orders etc., is preferred
- Experience in Oil & Gas downstream or Refinery Plants or Chemical industry is preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years exp in Handling Calls, both inbound & outbound with Very Good communication skills in FRENCH
- Good listening and comprehension abilities
- Able to speak and coordinate with other functions in order to resolve the issues on time
- Analytical & problem solving skills.
- Managing customer experience
Preferable : Worked in Contact Center / Customer Service
