Job Description: HR Associate
1. Basic knowledge on HR operations.
2. Excellent analytical skills.
3. Exceptional communication skills with capability of handling pressure, escalations and pressure situation.
4. End to end BGV knowledge and experience.
5. Task allocation and monitoring.
6. Compliance assurance.
7. Should be flexible for shift timings.
