Roles & responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate has good knowledge and experience in chat and voice process at least for 6 months.
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Support the customers through chat in a professional manner
  • Good understanding on E-commerce sites and OTT platforms
  • Ability to build rapport with the customer
  • Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business
  • Technical knowledge would be an advantage

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • 6months experience in customer support
  • Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
  • Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player
  • Immediate joiners are preferred
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts
