Roles & responsibilities
- The ideal candidate has good knowledge and experience in chat and voice process at least for 6 months.
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
- Support the customers through chat in a professional manner
- Good understanding on E-commerce sites and OTT platforms
- Ability to build rapport with the customer
- Ability to overcome objections and ask for the business
- Technical knowledge would be an advantage
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation is mandatory
- 6months experience in customer support
- Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm)
- Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts
