We are hiring for International Chat Process only for immediate joiner( Sales )
Candidates can come for a walk-in from 17 Jun – 18 Jun 2023 (Timings – 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
Walk-In Location: Building No: 2a, Maximus Towers, Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India
Roles & Responsibilities:
- The candidate has to Support through Chat
- The candidate must carry Sales experience(Mandatory)
- The candidate has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
- The candidate has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines
Key Skills:
- Candidates will be preferred based on their understanding of ecommerce websites
- Should have basic knowledge of mobile/computing products
- Any Sales Experience will be considered
- Should possess effective Written & Verbal Communication skills and Comprehension skills
- Should have excellent typing Speed (At least 30 WPM)
- Should have Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills & should be a team player.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Graduate (No backlogs & Not pursuing any regular studies)
- Minimum understanding of Customer Service
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Willing to Work from Office
- Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts
