The seeds of compassionate business were sown right from the beginning when first batch of medicines of Leben were given at free of cost to charitable dispensary at Shirpur (Jain Pilgrimage village near Akola, Maharashtra). At the time when availability of medicines for common ailments in small towns & villages was very limited, Leben took it as a responsibility to ensure quality medicines were made available there at affordable prices.
