Expectations/ Requirements

  1. Candidates required for managing premium offline account merchant portfolios and do upselling.
  2. Sales through Service model > Build relationships with 1000 assigned merchants, ensure they know you 1-1, assist in any kind of service resolution pan-Paytm, you will be the face of Paytm for the merchant, and then cross sell and deepen thus driving sales volume
  3. Build merchant relationships through engagement, assistance and timely response to queries.
  4. Resolve and troubleshoot complex service issues
  5. Winback of merchants who have been non-transacting

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

  1. Relevant 1-2 Years of experience in Payments Domain or Similar Industry Experience is preferred
  2. Good Oral and Written Communication Skills are a must.
  3. Having sales,service & merchant handling experience
  4. Having led Revenue Targets through Farming
  5. Proactively able to reaching out to merchants over calls is required

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Preferred languages English, Gujrati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada & Malayalam.

Walk-In Interviews: 20th, 22nd, 24th and March’23.
Venu: SkyMark one, Tower D, Sector 98 Noida.
