We are hiring for Customer Service International Voice Process – Looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to build their carrier in International customer service with having excellent written and verbal skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative on Sutherland’s team, you’ll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment.
You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
You excel at handling customer inquiries of varying types.
You are an active listener and can leverage probing question skills.
Required Candidate profile
- Graduates & Undergraduate can apply for this role.
- Experience with excellent verbal communication skills
- Ready to work from Office
- Experience : 06 Months-3 Yrs Can be Considered.
- Must be Fluent in English.
- ROI – JAM, Voice & Chat Assessment Round, Operations Round).
- Must be Flexible working with Rotational Shifts
- Five Days a week.
- One way cab facility for those within 25Kms ONLY from office premises.
