Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

Required Candidate profile:
Education:-Any Graduate (10+2+3)
Experience:- Graduate Minimum 6 months experience required
Any BPO / Customer Service / Stock Market Experience
Salary : Any 6months Customer service experience : 275000 – 20.5K in hand
Any 6 months BFSI Experience : 290000 – 21.5K Inhand
Shift Timing : 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Any 9 hours of rotational Day Shift)
