We are Hiring for International Voice/ Non voice Chat support
Job Description:
- Provide customer support through Voice/ Chat.
- Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries.
- Relevant experience in International Voice /chat support is mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)
- Good customer handling skills
- Should be comfortable working for Night shifts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1-7years experience in International Voice /chat support is mandatory.
- Freshers with excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written) can also APPLY.
- Education: 12th , Graduates and Post Graduates.
- Work location: CHENNAI Sholinganallur Tech Mahindra Campus
- Flexibility: 24/7 shifts with 2 rotational Off (5 working days, any 2 week offs)
- 2-way cab facility provided
Interview Process:

- Round 2: Precise Writing
- Round 3: Operations Interview
- Round 4: Chat test & typing test
