Job Description
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. our well-resourced environment will provide You with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Key skills required:
Any two Mentioned languages (Tamil,Hindi,Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam,Punjabi,Marathi,Bengali and Gujarati) along with good English communication. (Three languages speaking skill Mandatory)
Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills.
Good interpersonal skills
Required Candidate profile:
Education: -Any Graduate (10+2+3 /10+3+3)
willing to do rotational shifts. Only male employees would have the late-night log out. Female employees last log out at 7pm.
Week off: 1 Rotational Off
Age: Less than 32years
