Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Communicate with the customers by phone & handle video calls
2. Handle WhatsApp chats
3. Manage customer interaction
4. Work on identifying new customers for the services provided
5. Work on understanding existing/prospective customer’s business workflow and position appropriate solutions for customers
6. Work on identifying new service opportunities to meet market demand
Requirements:
1. Undergraduates who would prefer to have a long-term career in sales or business management
2. Internship/work experience in sales/business development (preferred)
3. Availability to join immediately
SalaryProbation:
Duration: 4 months
Salary during probation: ₹21,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 7,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 450000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 250000 /year
